Founder-led.
We've known each other since childhood. Both studied economics, both ended up in asset management. Over lunch one day, we shared a frustration: we felt that nothing in the UK market offered the complete end-to-end sustainable solution that UK advisers and their clients deserved. So, we built it.
We operate as an Appointed Representative of Thornbridge Investment Management LLP.

Co-Founder
Eighteen years in fund management, first at Federated Hermes, where he launched one of the first impact equity funds, then at JO Hambro, where he helped build a new sustainability brand.
Over that time he’s pioneered sustainable investing for the mainstream, from ESG integration, to an impact strategy open to a wide range of investors. His funds were named SIA Impact Champion in 2018, recognised by MainStreet Partners in 2024 and Tim was named on Financial News’s 40 Under 40 list, many years ago.

Nearly two decades in adviser distribution, first at Vanguard as one of its earliest UK employees, then at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where he rose to Vice President.
Through those years he worked closely with hundreds of advisers and developed a clear view of what they need from an investment partner, and what too often gets in the way. In 2025 an independent survey ranked him among the top business development managers in the country, recognition he credits to the advisers who trusted him.
